Knoah Solutions, now known as 24-7 Intouch in Honduras, is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm that specializes in facilitating companies to outsource their customer service operations within Latin America.
While employed there, my role was that of a customer support agent for a job listing platform, primarily catering to fast-food chains in the U.S. My responsibilities predominantly involved assisting applicants and restaurant managers in resolving technical glitches and other issues encountered on the platform. Additionally, I provided guidance in optimizing their job postings to enhance interaction and engagement with potential applicants.
Startek is also an outsourcing company, but unlike 24/7 Intouch, it collaborates with much larger corporations. At Startek, my role was that of a technical support agent, with a strong emphasis on providing technical assistance. I was specifically recruited to support one of the largest internet providers in the U.S. My duties included assisting customers in resolving issues related to internet, cable, landline, and home security services. Furthermore, I helped customers with problems they encountered on the company's website and with their email services.
Additionally, part of my responsibilities involved promoting new services to customers or enhancing their existing packages. This aspect of the job significantly improved my customer service and negotiation skills.
Was employed at PartnerHero, where I held the position of Senior Team Leader, collaborating closely with a pioneering property management company. My primary responsibilities encompass overseeing the sales and delinquency departments' agents, in addition to serving as the primary liaison for all legal matters, including attorney interactions and eviction proceedings.
