My name is Johan Sebastian Zacapa, and I'm from Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Over the last six years, I've been immersed in the BPO industry, where I've had the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of tech startups, ranging from small teams to large, established companies.
I have a strong interest in solving problems and researching new strategies to develop creative solutions for problems faced by the companies I collaborated with.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I'm pursuing a degree in economics and have developed a keen interest in marketing, coding, and process automation. Working in the BPO sector has equipped me with a wide array of valuable skills and insights that I wouldn't have gained elsewhere.
